About Us
We build the homes you can't stop thinking about.
Home Transformation LLC is a Youngsville-based design-build renovation firm. For over two decades we've turned cramped, dated, and broken layouts into open, durable, beautifully detailed living spaces — one home at a time.
Our Mission
Build it right, the first time.
We exist to prove that residential renovation doesn't have to mean chaos, blown budgets, and trust eroded by the final walk-through. The homes we renovate are the biggest investment most of our clients will ever make — and we treat them that way.
Our work is structural first, aesthetic second. A stunning kitchen counts for nothing if the waterproofing fails in year three. So we start with the bones: load paths, drainage, air sealing, and material selection engineered for decades of use.
Then we layer the craft — the white oak joinery, the slab waterfall edges, the sightlines that make a room feel twice its size. That combination, structure plus finish, is what the word transformation means to us.
What We Stand For
Four principles. Every project.
Craftsmanship
Every joint, seam, and surface is finished to a standard we'd accept in our own homes. No shortcuts, no cover-ups.
Structural Integrity
We build to last. Load paths, waterproofing, and material selection are engineered for decades, not just the final walkthrough.
Honest Process
Fixed-scope contracts, transparent change orders, and weekly progress updates. You always know where your project stands.
Respect for the Home
Dust containment, daily site cleanup, and protection of the spaces we're not working in. We leave the site better than we found it.
